Mosaic accepts Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Private Commercial Insurance, Government Payers and Patient Self Pay. For a complete list of currently accepted insurance, please contact the location nearest you.

Do you offer financial assistance?


A:

Yes. Our reimbursement specialists can help you enroll in manufacturer- sponsored co-pay programs for branded pharmaceutical products and can help uninsured patients enroll in assistance programs.

Can I bring a friend or family member to my treatment?


A:

Yes, each patient will be seated in a reclining infusion chair and extra seating is available for guests as available. Young children may need supervision.

What if I have a reaction to my infusion treatment?


A:

Mosaic's highly trained medical professionals are able to manage medical emergencies with resuscitation equipment and medications on site.

Do I need to contact my doctor after treatment?


A:

Mosaic will follow up with your doctor on your treatment and your progress to ensure you receive complete, coordinated care.
